Hey there! First time posting on this udderbot forum. Jacob gave me a great first lesson - I'm wondering if anyone here knows about double-gloving the udderbot when constructing the bottom part. Good idea, or nah? Maybe it would make a stronger wall to prevent leaks, but could also cause other playability problems that I'm not aware of. Cheers!

Thanks for being here, Stephen! I haven't given this a good try. I believe I tried it once with thinner latex or nitrile gloves when I believed they were simply too thin.

To me, there is a sweet spot of glove thickness in terms of the ease of moving it. Too thin and you get this kind of uncanny feeling of the air pressure when playing notes. Too thick and, well, it's like playing any instrument with gloves.

@admin Interesting! So maybe a good idea if the glove is a thin one, but not if it's a thicker one.

@StephenWeigel I used a “canning glove” for my most recent bot and so far no leaks.
